Ringo’s V8 Dirt Drag Motorbike
This dirt drag bike is truly awesome.
THIS SENSATIONAL dirt drag motorbike is owned and raced by Ringo. At least the club knows him as Ringo; on the track he’s known as Ring-Gone!
The mind boggles when you look at the motor—a 400 small block Chev, 800 horsepower and running on methanol. It’s one of the fastest V8 dirt drag bikes around. Watch it perform doing 200 km/h down a 200 metre straight track at the Bindoon Dirt Drags and you’ll know Ringo has the biggest balls in WA.
Malaga Customs in WA fabricated the forks with adjustable struts and custom lower legs. They also custom-made the handlebars. It has R1 Yamaha brakes.
The Jeff Kendrick Racing Engine was originally from a sprint car. It’s got Hilborn fuel injectors and a three-speed air-shift drag transmission.
The chick on the bike is Lucy who has previously competed in Miss Indy, Miss West Coast, Smirnoff Supermodel, and pictured in FHM and 200 Perth Auto Expos.
