I GOT a phone call from a Brissy mate one night about a year and a half ago about this Harley-Davidson for sale. He took a pic with his phone and sent to me.
I rang the guy and he started it for me over the phone. It ran like a mouse with slippers so I EFTed the bucks, ordered a truck, got it here two nights ago at 9 pm.
It’s a 1946 U model (low comp 5:1 comp), Panhead front-end, a couple of degree rake, 16-inch rear, 21-inch front.
It started on the 3rd kick next morning. U-beauty!
